GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the decision of the Sole Arbitrator shall be binding on the concerned disputed parties. Unaddressed Grievances, if any, pertaining to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India and shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
