As You Like It
As You Like it is a 'pastoral' comedy featuring Shakespear’s most likeable and strong female protagonist Rosalind. This is a charming comedy play is centered around contrast between natural world and court life, realism and romance, young and old, good and evil.Banished from the court by her uncle Duke Fredrick, Rosalind disguises herself as a boy, accompanied by her cousin Celia and Jester flees to Forest of Arden to meet her father. In the meanwhile, Orlando a disinherited son of one of the duke's friends also flees to the Forest of Arden to escape his brother's wrath.
